23 dec (晴天->阴天)3 Nite has gone!!

But don know wat to do at holiday also

1st 2 nite was gd..
1st nite end at 4+am (on call with tan pk/audery/nic)
Nic got icp also.. come in give this chic smile.

Quickly rush to rest before giving presentation.

Bring a bad news of 4 poly trauma cases required ortho and 1 inclusive neuro combine

Call him quickly come in and give mi a brief prescription wat the hell he wanna do before my sets runs dry
And rush to check I have enough consignments

The list goes..
1st case- ext fix tib fib kiv pelvis (end up no fix pelvis)
2nd case –Icp monitor, ear nose pack(ent), wound debridement leg
3rd case –ext fix tib fib (right distal tib fib #)
4th case – ext fix pelvis, removal AO nail, ext fix tib fib, NOF cannulated cancellous screw
Heard there is additional of left hand too.

Heard the news mean I have to wk whole nite le lor..
Quickly run to have my dinner while waiting for 1st case
Was kinda piss off with my in charge though

Then case finish he sign and run off
Pt was still in the ot lor HELLO!!
Then AU haven do finish billing
He tell her, I am not going to un-sign for u

Wats this.. I wait lor. Till everything settle then go
In between he keep chasing mi go for break
I was like WTF my patient is still in ot and bloody everything is in a mess
Then when finish I come to realize they got take photo

Then he stupid go do the billing back to ot2
Leaving my scrub nurse carol alone in theatre!!
Then bo bian I circulate for a while
